The company office is located within an owned 28,000 square foot one story building, of which 3,000 square feet comprises private offices, a conference room, general office and administrative areas and the 4,500 square foot shop, where we store portable tools and small construction equipment such as air compressors and asphalt rollers. Company cars, pickup trucks, vans and tool trucks are also stored in the parking area at this location. Hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm.

The company yard is located on 4 acres adjacent to the 37 Woodland Road office location and is used to house the heavy trucks, trailers and construction equipment owned by the company. There is an additional 2,800 square feet of shop space at the yard along with our fueling facility.

Thomas J. O'Beirne, President

Thomas J. O'Beirne is the founder and President of the Roseland, New Jersey based Thomas J. O'Beirne and Company. As the operating officer, he directs the organization's four internal operating units that generate annual revenues in excess of ten million dollars. The company currently employs eighteen full time employees, was established in June, 1983 and approved as a contractor by New Jersey Bell in August, 1983.

Thomas directs the company's daily operations and holds overall accountability for staffing, field operations, finance and subcontracting. Since its inception, the company has successfully completed more than 6,000 assignments for the former New Jersey Bell and its successor, Bell Atlantic, in the areas of utility tank removal, excavation, installation and service, contract and service plumbing, interior carpentry, construction and masonry work, specialty telecommunications construction, buildings and environmental emergency response, site work and snow removal.

The company has also completed a multitude of related assignments for a host of Fortune 1000 organizations, mid-size and small corporations in a wide variety of industry sectors. A significant percentage of the company's work comes from the telecommunications industry, where clients such as Bell Atlantic, AT&T and MCI have benefited from the company's skilled work force, industry experience and expertise.

The company's success stems from integrating the highest quality performance standards with a highly accomplished and skilled workforce that uses the best equipment and technology available. Prior to his current position, Thomas held progressively responsible positions with Academy Contractors in Orange, New Jersey where he functioned as a Project Manager, Estimator and Vice President from 1979 to 1983.

Thomas holds several specific environmental and industry-related licenses and certifications. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ in 1979. He is licensed by the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection, for installation and closure of underground storage tanks. He is also a New Jersey Licensed Master Plumber.

Thomas resides in Caldwell, New Jersey with his wife Lise.
